April 6, 2024Celebrated my 40th birthday in this amazing place! I loved the location- private, peaceful and beautiful. I also loved how we felt right at home in the cottage. Coffee and wine on the screened in porch, s'mores at the fire pit, movies in the theater room- it was all perfect!

March 6, 2024Super close, as in walking distance, to the river. Lovely landscape. Our kids just loved playing in the little streams running through the property. Accommodations are very nice! Owners are very helpful and polite. Very dark night sky is perfect for stargazing and watching meteor showers!

Yes — select your dates and accommodation, and complete your reservation directly through our secure online booking. A deposit plus 50% is required to confirm.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings made <30 days before check-in: full refund within 48 hours of booking if ≥14 days remain before arrival.
- Cancelled ≥30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Cancelled ≥7 days before arrival: 50% refund or rebook (rates may vary).
- Cancelled <7 days before arrival: no refunds; contact us for options.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — Shipps Landing is pet-friendly at no additional cost. Up to three dogs are welcome to join our guests on the property. At this time, there is no leash requirement for well-mannered pets.
What vehicles can I bring?
Boats, kayaks, ATVs, 4-wheelers, RVs, and campers are all welcome.
Is there WiFi?
Yes — fiberoptic internet runs across the property, including RJ45 ethernet ports at both RV sites.

Do you have ATVs for rent?
Most of our guests bring their own or rent a trailer and ATV/SxSs elsewhere and bring them. There may be rental places in other parts of Arkansas that can be brought onto our property to enjoy
