We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was Exceptionally clean, comfortable and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need.
Crickets, frogs and the occasional lone howl of a wandering coyote made up … More the tranquil sounds of the evening as we enjoyed time around the fire pit. In the morning, while we sipped our coffee on the screened lanai, we enjoyed watching the light early fog drift through the meadow while deer grazed.
Our stay was Absolutely relaxing and we WILL be back. Next time we will bring the side by side and hit the trails that were available.

Super special and quiet place. It was fabulous for my boys to walk out the door and hop on their dirt bikes. I spent most of my time on the enclosed porch. Christina recommended a wonderful fishing guide who picked up just down the road. … More I image this place would be a dream in the fall or winter when the Arkansas heat subsides. Christina went to great lengths to ensure our comfort and a wonderful trip. You won't frequently find a host like this. Highly recommend.

Yes — select your dates and accommodation, and complete your reservation directly through our secure online booking. A deposit plus 50% is required to confirm.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings made <30 days before check-in: full refund within 48 hours of booking if ≥14 days remain before arrival.
- Cancelled ≥30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Cancelled ≥7 days before arrival: 50% refund or rebook (rates may vary).
- Cancelled <7 days before arrival: no refunds; contact us for options.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — Shipps Landing is pet-friendly at no additional cost. Up to three dogs are welcome to join our guests on the property. At this time, there is no leash requirement for well-mannered pets.
What vehicles can I bring?
Boats, kayaks, ATVs, 4-wheelers, RVs, and campers are all welcome.
Is there WiFi?
Yes — fiberoptic internet runs across the property, including RJ45 ethernet ports at both RV sites.

Do you have ATVs for rent?
Most of our guests bring their own or rent a trailer and ATV/SxSs elsewhere and bring them. There may be rental places in other parts of Arkansas that can be brought onto our property to enjoy
