The little pool table and projector were a huge hit for the kids and the king and full size mattresses were the best we’ve ever had in an Airbnb. We genuinely did not want to leave. Our kids kept asking if we could live there.

We had a wonderful weekend get away at this location with 2 adults and 5 kids. No one was ever... read more bored, and the sound system through the entire house was a hit for music! everything you need to cook is provided all you have to do is take food! My favorite part was the complimentary bowl of Smores supplies! Somehow we forgot to grab smores making at Walmart and this saved the night for our 5 kids! Will 100% stay again!

We really enjoyed riding our SXS on the trails. The house was above and beyond on amenities and comfort! The shower was excellent with rain head, sprayer, and regular shower head. Very upscale for the Ozarks and the most private Airbnb we have ever stayed in by far. Highly recommend!

It truly felt like a home away from home. We also really appreciated that it’s pet-friendly — it made traveling so much easier for us.Christina was a great host — very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for privacy, nature, and a comfortable stay. The access to the White River is right outside of the main gate. The house was huge and the projector screen was great to watch the Razorbacks on. We extended our stay and I brought my laptop so I could work. The desk and work space had ample amount of room and the internet was fast enough to accommodate having to have multiple people on it. We look forward to many more stays here. Everything was great.

All we can say about Shipps Landing is just WOW! We wanted an escape from everything, with peace and quiet... read more in nature. We got that and so much more! We needed to adjust our stay for medical reasons and Christina was very accommodating. We wanted to see fall colors and have the experience of serine autumn my wife and I both grew up with but can’t get in southeast Texas and we totally got every bit of what we hoped for. The bed was super comfortable. The lanai was possibly our favorite space to sit and sip our morning coffee and observe the variety of wildlife. The laundry accommodation came in handy so that we could pack light for our long travels. The kitchen had everything we needed so we barely left the property. Our pups had a blast running amuck chasing balls and observing the armadillos from a chaperoned distance. All in all it was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you for a much needed rest. We will be sure to return asap! Also, thanks for the s’more’s accommodations!

The cabin is large enough for a family, yet it still feels cozy with all the amenities Christina provides. The kitchen comes with everything you will need to cook and serve your meals. Or if you prefer to eat out, Norfork is an easy 15-20 minute drive. The movie room was a great place to unwind and relax in the evening when we came inside. And we really loved the screened in porch and the fire pit area. We enjoyed everything about the property!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the serenity and peace of nature. Based on some of the photographs we assumed that it was right on the river bluff even though it didn't say that in the description. We hiked up the trail, huffing and puffing a little bit, to the bluff and enjoyed the beautiful view nonetheless. It was worth the effort. We saw bear tracks and what we thought were bobcat tracks along the way. Christina is a wonderful host who was great at communicating with us. The cottage was lovely inside and we especially admired the way the bumk area doubled as a play area for the kids. Great overall experience.

The shower had amazing pressure and we loved watching movies on the drop down projector. I was thankful they us bring our dogs as it’s hard to find a sitter for the 4th of July weekend.
