We only offer two RV camp sites as we value security, peace, and privacy over volume. Creekside RV#2 is located at the end of the circle drive, positioning your rig right alongside a babbling brook.

Campsite Rules & Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Booked less than 30 days before check-in: full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, provided 14+ days remain before arrival.
- Cancelled 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Cancelled 7+ days before arrival: 50% refund, or rebook for a later date.
- Cancelled less than 7 days before arrival: non-refundable.
Check-in & Check-out
Reservations & Occupancy
- No seasonal stays or subletting.
- Max 8 guests (4 adults) per site. Additional fees apply for larger groups.
- Deposit plus 50% is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation. Any remaining balance is automatically charged to your payment method 7 days before your stay.
Gate Access
- Be extra cautious when approaching the keypad at night — the slope is steep and the turn is tight. When hauling a trailer or need extra space to turn, we recommend continuing past the red gate and rock walls to the boat launch area at the river. You can loop around and approach from the downhill side, which is generally easier for towing.
- Each reservation receives a unique access code that expires at checkout.
Self-Contained Rig Requirement
On-Site Conduct
- Keep the circle drive clear so other rigs can pass.
- No ATV riding after dark due to trail cliffs.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring children and pets respect other guests' privacy.
Trash & Firewood
- Bag garbage and place it in the dumpster by the exit — please keep your site clean.
- Source firewood locally (Baxter County or adjacent), or forage fallen branches for fire rings.
- Please pick up cigarette and cigar butts.

Pet Policy
- Well-mannered dogs stay completely free, with no leash requirement on the private grounds.
- Max 3 pets per site.
- Please respect the privacy and serenity of other visitors and prevent excessive barking.
- Please pick up after pets, or a cleaning fee will apply.
